    Start your day focused, clear and energized. This class is designed to jump start your day with the intention you desire. One hour of strength, balance and dynamic flow created to strengthen and stimulate the deep connective tissue of the body and open your natural energy stores.

    Take a break from your day and spend lunch with us! Enjoy a 45 minute flow-style class that will help move your body and increase metabolism. This class is designed to provide you with that extra energy to get you through that afternoon drag and keep you invigorated throughout the day!



    Perfect for yogis returning to the mat and those more familiar with a yoga practice.

    MY BODY DON’T BEND THAT WAY is a challenging and FUN yoga class designed to enhance flexibility, balance, and strength. With its focus on alignment and breath, this yoga practice is about honoring your body and appreciating its capabilities, while exploring beyond boundaries to reach its fullest potential. Modifications, hands-on assists and use of props are offered to ease your body into the fullest expression of each pose that fits you in the moment. Be Bold, Be Curious, Be YOU!



    A softer class that incorporates balance work, strength development, and stretching for improving range of motion, body strength, and stress reduction. This class is ideal for beginners, seniors, expectant mothers (pre and post-natal), those recovering from injuries, or anyone who needs a break from their strenuous physical activity routine. 



    This all levels class includes a variety of poses and gentle floor work, followed by restorative postures and breathing techniques for rest and relaxation. A variety of props and modifications are used in this class to make all the postures suitable for everyone. All students are encouraged to work at the level that feels right for them. This class is especially beneficial for those suffering from anxiety, stress and insomnia. A variety of props are used to help students to be comfortable and get the most out of their practice.



    Considered to be the original physical yoga practice, yin yoga involves long, slow holds challenging both the body and the mind. Being in this practice is a wonderful way of uniting physical postures with meditation and is the natural complement to a more active practice.



    Find your bliss in this 90- minute deeply relaxing class. Enriching for those who seek balance and recovery- whether from a marathon or a just a stressful day at work. We go deeply into supported postures that relax the joints, release tension and open the heart & mind. The prefect way to allow YOU to relax.  This class will give you a deep sense of how uplifting and peaceful your yoga practice can be.

    This practice fits beautifully into everyone’s life journey and Danielle’s passion is to bring this powerful relaxation technique to those suffering from chronic pain, illness, emotional stress or the stress present in everyday life. Join Danielle as she guides you in the development of personal intentions that empower you to take your life in the direction you desire, breaking the cycle of stress, and patterns of behaviors limiting you from reaching your fullest potential. 


    This fusion class combines the muscle sculpting benefits of Pilates with a variety of yoga postures designed to build greater flexibility. Target specific muscle groups while enjoying a deep stretch.

We will cover many of the basic poses and simple sequences you may encounter in popular yoga classes today. Learn the benefits of using props for maximum extension. Bump up your awareness of alignment and hand and foot placement and refresh your breathing, meditation and balance skills.

Yoga for EVERY Body

Currently this class is attended by a wide variety of students, some who arrive in wheelchairs, using walkers, canes or crutches as well as those with invisible special needs. Adults of all ages and genders, currently attend this class. Among our current students are, paraplegics, others who have cerebral palsy, fibromyalgia, scleroderma, hip or knee replacements, cancer, traumatic brain injury, arthritis, multiple sclerosis, neuropathy and other side effects from diabetes. Yoga for EVERY Body is a class where the student can enjoy their class while seated on the mat, in a chair or a wheel chair.
