Join us for Chair Yoga on Tuesday & Thursday every week!
This class is designed for active persons with issues which may prevent them from getting up and down from the floor. Whether from arthritis, injury, joint pain or other problem with their body. The chair is used both for seated postures and as a prop for balance, support and as aid in deep stretching and folding poses. Mel O Chair Yoga will give you the opportunity to safely explore the range of motion in your joints and muscles allowing them to gently loosen and stretch throughout the class . New to Yoga Students will find this class fun and educational and it is also excellent for persons who are familiar with yoga but have had to curtail their practice do to injury or age related issues renew their yoga practice to gain all the associated benefits. Come on in and enjoy, everyone is welcome to join in the fun.
Gray will be teaching Chair Yoga on Tuesday at 11:15pm and Thursday at 6:00pm weekly at Mel O Yoga.
